(Al-Burooj) 85 : 3
وَشَاهِدٍ وَمَشْهُودٍ
By the witness and the witnessed.
Adhikr, mentioned in verse 11: 17, is the Witness. What is witnessed means: for the believers who utilized Adhikr as Balance, Criterion, and Safeguard, on the Day of Judgement—when the standard of judgement will be Adhikr—It will witness in favor of them; while for the disbelievers who hid and rejected Adhikr, It will witness against them on that Day.
